Holding his team to the highest culinary standards, Head Chef Charles has created a distinguished dining space that is assured in its approach and confident in its ingredients; he scours the UK for the best produce to include in his innovative seasonal ten-course tasting menu.

Sittings occur at 6.45pm, Wednesday to Sunday, with all ten courses served simultaneously for every guest. Our menu is priced at £130 per person. Booking in advance is essential as the Atrium offers only one sitting per evening.

Not content with merely infusing each dish with creativity and honed techniques, the Atrium is also able to complement the tasting menu with wine from one of the oldest wine cellars in the Cotswolds.
