Lords of the Manor Non-Exclusive Weddings are tailor-made for each enquiry.
Starting from weddings for 2 with the hotel team as witnesses, to groups of up to 50 guests.

Civil Ceremony

The hotel has special dispensation to hold civil ceremonies and civil partnership ceremonies in three of the public rooms.

– The Garden Room up to 35 Guests
– The Conservatory up to 40 Guests
– The Restaurant up to 50 Guests*

Reception Drinks

Reception Drinks may be taken on the Terrace or in the Drawing Room on a semi-private basis.

Wedding Breakfast

Create your own special day – we love a traditional wedding breakfast, which can be catered for in three of the public rooms.

– The Pantry for up to 9 guests
– The Conservatory for 20 guests on one table, or 30 guests on 3 round tables.
– The Restaurant up to 50 Guests*

Please note that the Restaurant is only available up until 5pm, so that we can open for evening dinner service.

Picnic Perfect

If you wanted to create a more unique meal, why not consider our “Picnic Perfect” option:  Imagine a blue sky filled with sunshine, a light breeze, the river babbling; friends and family sharing in the joy of your Day, sharing the perfect picnic. Your guests will be furnished with Picnic Rugs and Hampers laden with a gourmet feast for them to enjoy relaxing on the lawn in the sunshine, whilst our staff ensure glasses are topped with chilled champagne; a game of croquet may be in order too. As one of the best luxury wedding venues in the Cotswolds, you wouldn’t expect any less. A delightful Celebration Picnic is available for up to 20 guests.

Entertainment

Unfortunately, no music or entertainment is permitted for non-exclusive use weddings.

Booking Terms

We are happy to provisionally hold a date for two weeks with no obligation, this gives you time to consult with the registrar for a civil ceremony or the Church as required.

Deposit schedule:

– Two weeks after holding 20% of estimated value
– 6 months prior to event date 60% of estimated value
– 6 weeks prior to event date 20% of estimated value
