Reservation & Hotel Information

 

  • All reservations have a minimum requirement of card details to guarantee the reservation. In making a reservation you are entering into a contract and accepting our Terms and Conditions. The hotel may require the balance of payment in full upon arrival.
  • VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate at the time of payment and Lords of the Manor reserves the right to amend prices accordingly.
  • Amendment to an existing booking may incur additional costs.
  • All booking amendments must be confirmed in writing.
  • No refunds are given for guests who do not stay the full duration of their holiday and guests may be charged the remaining cost of their stay.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any booking.
  • We reserve the right to change any pricing with the exception of confirmed bookings.
  • All prices shown are based on two adults sharing a double room and are subject to availability.
  • Pets are allowed in certain room categories and incur a daily £30 fee. Lords and Country bedrooms do not accept pets at all.
  • No refunds given for dinners not taken when reservation on dinner/bed/breakfast basis.
  • Most major credit cards accepted. Cheques are not accepted.
  • Rooms will be charged for unless vacated by 11.00 am on the day of departure.
  • Rooms are ready for occupation from 3.00 pm.
  • Please advise us if your arrival time is likely to be after 6.00pm.
  • Lords of the Manor Hotel accepts no responsibility for any property damaged or lost within the Hotel unless it has been deposited at Reception for safe keeping.
  • Lords of the Manor Hotel does not accept liability for any loss or damage to vehicles left on the Hotel’s property.
  • Smoking is not permitted within any of the indoor areas of Lords of the Manor Hotel. Should this be disregarded, a charge of the price of an additional room night in the category you booked will be charged.
  • Lords of the Manor Hotel cannot be held responsible for failure of public services gas, electricity, water, etc.) or any disturbance beyond its control. In all cases, with the exception of personal injury or death, our liability to you for the total of all claims arising from your stay/visit with us, is limited to the cost of the booking.
  • Disability Awareness – please advise Reception of any disabilities or special requirements. Lords of the Manor Hotel has no accessible rooms or facilities
  • Cancellation for direct bookings – a cancellation must be confirmed in writing. Our standard cancellation terms are: for a cancellation received more 24 hours before arrival, no charge will apply. For cancellations within 24 hours of arrival, 50% of the booking value will be charged. For the Early Bird, Christmas and New Year’s packages, individual cancellation policies apply. Please note before making a reservation.

  • For restaurant reservations, a credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. An advanced deposit will not be required however in the unlikely event of cancellation within 24 hours of arrival;

    – £10.00 per guest will be charged for Lunch bookings

    – £20 per guest will be charged for Afternoon Tea and Dining Room dinner bookings

    – £50pp will be charged for Atrium reservations By Lords of the Manor as a cancellation fee.

  • We are as accommodating as we can be with special dietary restrictions, however, please do notify us in advance of any specific requirements you might have.

  • Please note a discretionary service charge of 12.5% of your food and beverage spend will be applied during your stay.

  • It is recommended that you take out your own holiday insurance cover

  • Threatening, offensive or illegal behaviour will not be tolerated.
  • We reserve the right to recover any losses due to damage caused to the Hotel’s property, fixtures, fittings and flood damage.
