After gaining experience at Petrus by Marcus Wareing, Per Se (New York) and Fera at Claridges to name a few, our Head Chef is passionate about every dish that leaves the kitchen. Without using local for local’s sake, all of Lords’ menus let the ingredient speak for themselves.
