Lords of the Manor wins the award for Hotel Restaurant of the Year2009.

Recognised as the Oscars of the local food and drink industry, the Cotswold Life Food & Drink Awards give valuable recognition to producers, growers, suppliers and hospitality venues across the region.

The finalists were chosen from nominations sent in by the readers, and given the current economic climate their support has never been more crucial.The awards ceremony was held at the 4 Pillar’s Hotel in Cirencester and was attended by about 250 guests.

Ingo Wiangke, General Manager of Lords of the Manor and Matthew Weedon, the Lord’s award winning Michelin Star Chef, commented "we are absolutely delighted to receive such a prestigious award – we wish to thank the readers of Cotswold Life, our customers, who went out of their way to vote for us and we look forward to welcoming them back to our restaurant in the future".
