Michelin star chef Matt Weedon is hosting a fabulous Cotswold themed lunch and cookery demonstration on Wednesday 26th August at Lords of the Manor. Matt will be using the very best seasonal ingredients sourced from his usual local suppliers; the day will start at 11.00am with coffee followed by a personal demonstration by Matt. He will take you through the preparation of the three course meal, with plenty of opportunities to taste and ask questions. Then it’s time to relax and to enjoy the delicious lunch complemented by a couple of glasses of wine.
