Business Events

A selection of discrete, private and executive meeting rooms offer you the choice and flexibility to suit all of your business needs. The principal meeting room, the Garden room, offers plenty of natural daylight, Broadband access, screen and flipchart and we will be pleased to assist in hiring any further equipment you require.

A number of additional syndicate rooms gives the flexibility required for a successful event whether it be a boardroom meeting with your director’s or a strategic sales meeting. The Garden Room can accommodate a maximum of 30 delegates in various styles.

Our 8 acres of garden provide a perfect opportunity for team building events and our coordinator will be happy to put you in touch with suppliers or make arrangements. There are also a number of locations within a short drive that offer activities such as Clay Pigeon Shooting, Paintballing, Archery etc and again we will happily put you in touch.

Dinner will be served in a private dining room; for parties of 8 or more guests we do ask that a set menu is decided upon – ie one starter, one main course and one dessert for the entire party with the exception of guests with any special dietary requirements whom we are very happy to cater for on an individual basis.

All of our 26 bedrooms are individually furnished and decorated to a luxurious standard and provide a haven in which to rest and recuperate ready for another day in the boardroom which commences with an excellent full English breakfast served in your private dining room from 8am.

The 24hr Delegate rate is £225 per person, exclusive of VAT
(From 9am on the day of arrival until 9am the following day)
The rate includes: Meeting Room Hire, WIFI, Screen & Flipchart, Soup & Sandwich Lunch, 2 servings of Tea/Coffee & Shortbread, 3 course evening meal served in a private dining room, overnight accommodation in a double room, full English breakfast

The Day Delegate Rate is £65 per person, exclusive of VAT
(From 9am – 5.30pm)
The rate includes:
Meeting Room Hire, WIFI, Screen & Flipchart, Soup & Sandwich Lunch, 2 servings of Tea/Coffee & Shortbread

Alternatively combine business with pleasure and take Exclusive Use of the hotel. The entire hotel and staff will be at your disposal whilst you meet during the day and enjoy a top class evening that is sure to motivate your staff or impress your clients.
